About

Luca Cueni is a documentary filmmaker from Amsterdam. Packed with a huge passion for the natural world, he loves to tell stories about the amazing animals that inhabit this world and the people that dedicate their lives to protect them.

After an early career start in advertisement, he decided that he was not contributing anything positive to the world. His next step was a nature guide education in Southern Africa, followed by an education in film and ecology.

Now his purpose is clear, he wants to engage people, make them care about the natural world by using storytelling as a tool.
